What We Do

Code calculations, datasheets and fabrication-ready drawings as your Design Partner, delivered under your name where you need it.

Engineering Scope.

The support is selected around your Asset, the decision ahead and the agreed Project Stage.

Pressure Equipment

  • Pressure vessels
  • Heat exchanger thermal and mechanical design
  • Nozzle, support and local load checks
  • Finite element analysis where code rules are not enough

Storage and Static Equipment

  • Storage tanks to API 650
  • Silos and hoppers
  • Chimneys and stacks

Thermal Equipment

  • Boilers and thermic fluid heaters to Indian and international codes
  • Cooling and ventilation systems

Skids and Plant Systems

  • Process skids with static and rotating equipment
  • Skid and plant 3D modelling
  • Piping layout, supports and pipe stress analysis
  • Skid base frames with our structural team

At Each Project Stage.

Where you are in the Project decides what you need from us.

Feasibility & Concept

Size the equipment before the numbers are fixed.

  • Equipment sizing and concept layout
  • Heat exchanger thermal sizing
  • Skid concept and space planning

Detailed Design

Code calculations and drawings to build from.

  • Vessel and heat exchanger design
  • Tank, silo and chimney design
  • Skid design and 3D model
  • Pipe stress analysis
  • Fabrication and GA drawings

Tender & Procurement

Datasheets that make bids comparable.

  • Equipment datasheets and specifications
  • Vendor drawing and calculation review
  • Technical bid evaluation

Construction

Check what is fabricated and erected.

  • Factory Acceptance Testing witness
  • Inspection of major equipment
  • Site query resolution

Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning

Support through start-up.

  • Commissioning support
  • Punch-list review against design

Operation & Maintenance

Modify with the design basis in hand.

  • Modification and upgrade design
  • Pipe stress checks for plant changes
  • Energy audits of thermal systems

Questions Clients Ask.

Which codes do you design to?

Indian and international codes, as the Project requires: for example ASME Section VIII, EN 13445, PD 5500, AS 1210 or IS 2825 for pressure vessels; the Boilers Act, 2025 and IBR, ASME Section I or EN 12952 / 12953 for boilers; and API 650, API 620, IS 803 or EN 14015 for storage tanks.

Do you issue fabrication drawings?

Yes. We issue GA and fabrication drawings with 3D models, ready for the fabricator and the inspecting authority.

Do you do heat exchanger thermal design?

Yes, thermal design and rating, followed by the mechanical design.

Can you act as our design office?

Yes, including work delivered under your name.
