The challenge

Our approach
- Performed UHF partial discharge testing at cable terminations and joints.
- Identified locations showing partial discharge activity.
- Reported the findings with recommended corrective actions.
The outcome
The assessment identified cable defects and gave the utility a basis for directing repairs to the affected locations. The work supported maintenance decisions across the plant rather than relying only on the failed cable as an indicator of wider condition.
